Self Employment Assistance & Business Training Program

Failure is not an option.  Start and grow your business the right way!

We have successfully provided small business training for entrepreneurs in the Spokane region for the past ten years.  We work with people who are serious about becoming self-employed to improve their viability, such as The Top Stitch, Sylvano's Grooming, D'zaar Catering and Food Services, Warrior Electric, and Sister Sky, to name a few.

  • Phase 1: Pre-Feasibility Study Phase
    • To have a collective understanding of the client's need and assess needed business training resources.
  • Phase 2: Feasibility Study Phase
    • To assess the feasibility (market and financial) of the business venture, including personal, lifestyle and entrepreneurial assessment.  Includes four workshop training sessions and one-on-one business counseling.
  • Phase 3: Business Planning Session
    • Learn, develop, and publish a comprehensive business plan, covering all the elements of a business venture.  Includes four workshop training sessions and one-on-one business counseling.
  • Phase 4: Implementation Plan
    • Get your business up and running, implement your business plan, achieve financial goals, and grow.  If client is in need of financial resources, begin the process of packaging an application for a micro-loan or business loan.
