Through the State Opioid Response (SOR) and Substance Abuse Block Grant (SABG) initiatives, we offer wraparound services tailored to your needs. Our specialists provide access to a wide range of resources, including transportation, peer mentoring, employment assistance, mental health support, and more. Let us help you create a personalized support plan!
Child Care Assistance Program
The Child Care Assistance Program, or CCAP, offers quality childcare to parents or guardians recieving outpatient treatment for substance use disorders. CCAP enables parents to participate in treatment groups and individual or group support meetings, all while knowing their child is being cared for by qualified caregivers.
Play & Learn Groups
Play & Learn is a dynamic program designed to bring families together in a nurturing environment. Our activities cater to children aged birth to 5 and include engaging options like arts & crafts, story time, games, and access to valuable family resources. Through these sessions, families are empowered to foster healthy relationships, support children’s development, and lay the foundation for their future success in both school and life.
Plan To Work
Plan to Work is a Washington State benefit planning project designed for individuals currently receiving disability benefits from Social Security. If you’re currently receiving disability benefits and want to work, Plan to Work offers support and guidance on how employment may impact benefits and identifying incentives to support your career goals.
Foundational Community Support
Foundational Community Support, or FCS, is a program designed for individuals who are facing behavioral or physical health challenges. Through FCS, participants receive personalized support starting with their housing and employment coordinator. Together, you and your care team, including doctors, counselors, caretakers, and family members, will collaborate to set goals and determine the services needed to achieve them.
