A Great Place To Work Part V:

Early Childhood administrators often have an impression of whether things are going well or not at their facilities. A Great Place to Work defines more precisely how ten dimensions of a facility shape the quality of work life for their staff. This month’s meeting is a continuation of the Leadership Series, A Great Place to Work. This is an opportunity for directors, owners, and supervisors participating in Early Achievers.

Leadership Meeting

Leaders from centers and family child care programs participating in Early Achievers are welcome to attend.   Meetings are designed for owners, directors and supervisors. Topics vary each month and will incorporate the “Reflective Community of Practice” model as a way of studying your own experiences to improve the scope of work within your organization.
