This course will also address self-care and allow you to reflect on how your own thoughts\, feelings\, and behaviors can support regulation and resilience for yourself and those you interact with. Our intention is to include time for you to learn\, be heard\, pause\, and reflect in a respectful space that allows personal growth and inner wisdom to emerge.
