We are so glad you found us!
At Community-Minded Enterprises, we do our very best to match programs to the needs of the people of Eastern Washington.
That means we have a lot of different programs – some run all the time, some run for a shorter period of time.
Here are some of the things we do:
- We help people in recovery from addiction gain access to the job market.
- We help parents searching for child care, and help child care providers who want to expand programs and education for the children they care for.
- We help people who live with disabilities and physical limitations get practical and emotional support and help.

Programs & Services
Early Learning Services
Courses for child care centers, family home providers, and early learning educators including: Early Childhood Education & Assistance Program (ECEAP), Professional Development Academy (PDA), and Early Achievers program.
Recovery Support Services
We provide services for individuals recoverying from drug and alcohol addictions including: the Recovery Cafe, State Opioid Response Program (SOR), Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), and Foundational Community Supports (FCS).
Family Support Services
Support for families in recovery. Multigenerational Play & Learn groups for family members, and child care opportunities. Serving recovery homes and those who need family support in Spokane.
Advocacy for Program Support
Retain your benefits when you go back to work with this Washington State benefit planning project. Our specially trained counselors focus on Social Security disability-based benefits and provides free services.
