The Inland Northwest Early Learning Alliance (INWELA) is a collaboration if regional community leaders working to improve the lives of young children. Our mission is to build a foundation to help all children in the seven-county region of Northeastern Washington succeed in school and life. With support from Washington Communities for Children, the Inland Northwest Early Learning Alliance is working to implement the Help Me Grow model in Eastern Washington.

Help Me Grow is a nationally recognized resource and referral linkage system that guides families through a complex web of services to connect them to appropriate community supports. It helps communities maximize existing resources to make sure everyone feels supported. Through Help Me Grow, parents and caregivers can easily access the resources they need, when they need them.

INWELA serves Ferry, Stevens, Pend Oreille, Lincoln, Spokane, Adams, and Whitman Counties. We are one of ten regional early learning alliances supported by Washington Communities for Children.
