State Opioid Response (SOR)
The SOR program, State Opioid Response is designed to provide wraparound services and reduce unmet treatment needs for those in recovery from opioid addiction.
Our team is ready to help you, creating a support plan that meets your individual needs. You will find SOR inside CME’S Recovery & Support Services Building located at 622 East 2nd Ave, Spokane, right on the STA bus line.
When you come through our doors, you will be greeted by a recovery services staff member. We here to connect you to transportation, employment, housing, whatever you need. Our services are free!

Our SOR Specialists can help you access a wide range of resources, including transportation, peer mentoring, employment assistance, housing, mental health support, family and marriage counseling, child care, medical services, and much more!

24-Hour Referral
Need help finding resources when the Café is closed? The Connect Text line is always there. Using a mobile phone, text “HI” to 509-960-8529. The text line will guide you to the community services you need. The text line can connect you to housing and food resources, employment, transportation, child care, medical and dental insurance, and the full range of programs and services offered by Community-Minded Enterprises.
