The Child Care Assistance Program provides parents in outpatient substance abuse treatment programs in Spokane County with access to quality licensed child care. While parents are in outpatient substance abuse treatment groups, individual sessions, support group meetings, drug court, or other appointments, CCAP provides parents with access to children’s programs such as, infant or toddler care, preschool, before and after school programs, and summer camps.
