What We Offer
Therapy isn’t
one-size-fits-all.
Therapy can look different depending on your goals. We work with adults experiencing a wide range of challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, or feeling stuck. Some clients are navigating major life changes or strained relationships. Others are dealing with more complex emotions or difficult thoughts and don’t know where to start.
Our licensed clinicians offer several approaches, and we’ll work with you to decide what fits best.

Men’s Issues Group
Hosted by Jeremy Oberender, LSWAIC, SUDP, MHP
Expertise: Depression, Divorce, Men’s Issues
Type of Therapy: Trauma Focused
Age: Adults
Men’s Issues Group is for men ready to step up: to be challenged, to take responsibility, to set boundaries, and to build healthy relationships, with others and with themselves. We talk openly about the things that matter: mental health, purpose, love, anger, fatherhood, identity, and the pressure to be human. Here, vulnerability meets accountability. If you’re ready to break old patterns, support other men, and live with clarity, strength, and integrity, this is your space. If you are ready to take this step, please reach out and schedule an intake.
Every Thursday from 1 – 2 PM

Domestic Violence Group
Hosted by Sara Richardson, Mental Health Therapist
Expertise: Domestic violence
Type of Therapy: Trauma Focused
Age: Adults
Domestic violence can take many forms — physical, sexual, psychological, or financial abuse — within intimate or family relationships. It often involves a pattern of coercive and controlling behavior that can leave lasting emotional, physical and financial scars.
Research shows that 1 in 4 women and 1 in 4 men in the U.S. have experienced some form of intimate partner violence in their lifetime — regardless of age, background, or identity.
If you are a survivor of domestic violence, we invite you to join our support group — a safe, understanding space where you can connect with others who have shared similar experiences, and begin to process the complex emotions that come with surviving abuse, including shame, fear, or isolation.
Every Tuesday at 5 PM starting 12/04/25
2001 North Division Street, Spokane, WA 99207
