SUD Assessments
Determine what kind of support is right for you.
A substance Use Disorder assessment is a conversationm, not a test, to help determine the right level of care and support for you.
What is an SUD Assessment?
Assessments are:
- Confidential and conversation-based
- Completed by licensed clinicians
- Used to identify whether IOP, outpatient, or a different path is appropriate
Our clinicians use SUD assessments to plan your care, connect you to the right program, or refer you to additional support when needed.
Who Would Benefit From An SUD Assessment?
Anyone looking to explore treatment options, meet a requirement, or just gain clarity on next steps. Whether you’re self-referring, meeting a court requirement, or just exploring options, we’ll walk you through it.
Assessments are available Monday through Friday by appointment, often with same day availability.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Support that fits between where you’ve been and where you’re going.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a higher level of care for those with substance use disorders through structured, evidence-based group therapy, individual counseling, and recovery support.
IOP support includes:
- 4 days of programming a week
-
Group therapy
-
One-on-one sessions with a licensed counselor
-
A team that helps you set goals and stay on track
-
Mental health support that doesn’t feel like an afterthought
Recovery isn’t just about stopping. It’s about rebuilding your habits, your relationships, your sense of self. Our IOP gives you the tools to do exactly that, with a structure that supports real healing.
Who Would Benefit From IOP?
People who need a higher level of support but don’t need 24/7 care, especially after inpatient treatment, or detox.
Outpatient Recovery Services
Consistent support you can count on.
Not everyone needs (or can commit to) a structured IOP. That doesn’t mean you’re not serious about getting better. Our outpatient program meets you where you are and helps you build a plan that works with your life, not against it.
IOP support includes:
- Weekly or biweekly therapy sessions
- Check-ins with a peer recovery coach
- Group support and psychoeducation
- Ongoing connection to housing, employment, and basic needs
Our Outpatient Program offers focused, personalized treatment for substance use disorders, supporting long-term recovery through scheduled counseling and ongoing therapeutic services that fit into daily life.
Who Would Benefit From Outpatient?
Outpatient is for individuals who are stable enough to maintain progress with regular, scheduled services. It’s often a next step after IOP, or an entry point for those seeking focused recovery support
Why Choose CME?
We focus on what works. Evidence-based care, coordinated support, and a team that’s here to help you build long-term recovery.
Support That Starts With You
We don’t separate mental health from recovery, we treat both. Many of our clients are also navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or burnout.

Coordinated, Not Complicated
CME brings a wide range of services together under one roof, so you can get the help you need without navigating multiple systems. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your family, we connect the dots between programs, making it easier to access care, stay on track, and move forward with less stress.
We Know What It Takes. Really.
Our staff includes licensed clinicians, certified peers, and recovery professionals, many with lived experience, who understand the work it takes to heal and what it means to be supported along the way.
Because Stopping Is Just the Start
Recovery is a process of rebuilding, reconnecting, and moving forward. We support emotional, physical, and social wellness, not just sobriety.
