Exploring Loose Parts with Toddlers: This interactive class is for teachers of children ages 1 to 2-1/2. Open-ended materials capture children’s curiosity and stimulate their imaginations. Also, but when young children explore loose parts, they develop fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and can practice being “scientists.” Come delve into fresh ideas for inexpensive, safe loose parts and consider how to incorporate them into your curriculum. Leave with ideas you’ll be anxious to try!
