We will explore communication styles and build a stronger support system for our relationship-based work climate, reducing turnover and helping keep teachers in our field. Having a better understanding of self is the first step! Through thought-provoking questions and engaging exercises, you will reflect on where you are in your journey toward your priorities, determine the gap between your current and ideal work environment, learn to avoid the comparison trap, and practice strategies to reduce stress and avoid burnout.
