Let’s Play! Learning to love the ‘M’ in STEM

October 19, 2024 @ 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Free

Community-Minded Enterprises (CME) and Northeast Washington Educational Services District (NEWESD 101), in partnership with Washington STEM, offer engaging professional learning opportunities for early learning educators who teach children from birth to eight years old.

This in-person program is designed to create a supportive environment where educators can connect, learn together, and apply new knowledge in their family homes and classrooms. Through two three-hour in-person sessions, participants will explore early numeracy concepts through interactive activities, books, and game play.

You’ll develop an action plan for implementation, with time allocated between sessions to put it into practice. Your progress will be documented through photos and notes, helping refine and enhance teaching strategies.

  • October 19, 2024 / 9:00am – 12:00pm
  • November 9, 2024 / 9:00am – 12:00pm

NOTE: If you need CLOCK hours, please register at PDenroller.org/newesd101/catalog
