Every child develops at a unique pace, and sometimes it can be hard to determine how best to individualize our teaching for each child. Through intentional observation and developmentally appropriate assessment, every teacher can create a plan of action to support the developmental needs of the children in their class. Come join us to sharpen your observation skills, create an assessment plan-of-action for your classroom or family child care, and learn how to share assessment data with the adults in a child’s life. We will also dive into planning for each individual child using the data we gather from our assessments.
