- Washington State Pyramid Model: Come learn about the Pyramid framework, a research-based tool that can guide us as we support social-emotional development in children. This 14-hour class will help you understand and apply strategies for building relationships and collaborating with families; understand and apply social emotional learning practices in your work; and reflect on your own implicit biases while you work to create anti-biased, anti-racist, and trauma-informed programs that meet the needs of all children within a high-quality learning environment.
