The CMTV Academy provides a hands-on opportunity for the community to learn essential tools and skills in the video production field.
The academy will consist of the implementation of basic skills ranging from pre-production to content distribution and everything in between. Each session will include professional instruction from our CMTV team as well as special guests from throughout the video production industry. For $300 per student, with this five-week course, we hope that community members leave with more knowledge and understanding of what it takes to achieve their video production goals
CMTV Academy is held in our downtown state-of-the-art studio.
$300 – Five-week session beginning Tuesday, May 4, 2021, 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm and continuing weekly through June 1, 2021.
Each week’s topic will build upon the previous so attendance for each class is recommended.
Course Topics
- May 4: Basic Camera, Audio
- May 11: Advanced Camera, Lighting
- May 18: Editing
- May 25: Script Writing, Pre-production, Distribution, and Project Assignment
- June 1: Project Review, Overview, Career Paths, PA Work
Academy size is limited to 10 participants per session.
