When children are exposed to healthy food choices, they are more likely to develop healthy eating habits. This training will focus on integrating nutrition into daily practices and routines that help children develop balanced and healthy self-regulation habits. We will also discover how to use food preparation experiences as opportunities for learning, growth, and development.
