Working with Challenging Families

What should you do when families won’t follow your policies? What about those parents who always want you to make exceptions for them? This session is all about finding the balance between enforcing rules and building relationships. Expect lots of discussion with your colleagues.

This training is for anyone who works with families, whether you are a teacher, administrator, or family child care owner. You will earn 2.5 STARS hours.

Due to the current circumstances, this training will be offered on Zoom for a reduced price. A few days before the training, you will receive an email with the link to join the Zoom.
