EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (ECEAP)

early childhood education and assistance program (eceap)
Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is Washington’s pre-kindergarten program that prepares 3- and 4-year-old children from families furthest from opportunity for success in school and life. ECEAP focuses on the well-being of the whole child by providing in-depth nutrition, health, education, and family support services.
The program is overseen by The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF).
