State Opioid Response

The SOR and SABG programs are designed to support individuals in recovery by removing barriers that can stand in the way of lasting change.

This isn’t just recovery, it’s support for everything that comes after.

Stable housing, meaningful employment, access to healthcare, and everyday essentials play a major role in long-term success. The SOR and SABG programs are built to support the full picture of your recovery, not just the clinical side. Through peer support, coaching, and practical assistance, we walk alongside you as you rebuild your life.

The Help You Didn’t Know You Could Ask For.

Whether you need help getting your license back, job training, clean and sober housing, or support with child care, we’re here to help with the things that may overlooked but make a big impact.

What We Can Do Together

Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all.

The SOR and SABG programs offer a flexible range of supports that adapt to your needs. Whether that’s help with housing, education, transportation, or day-to-day essentials. Here’s how we can help:

Housing Stability

Having a safe, sober place to live is a cornerstone of recovery.

If you’ve been staying at an approved recovery home, such as Revive, ROAR, Oxford House, or Ascenda for at least 30 days, we can help with rent or related housing costs to support your stability during recovery.

Employment & Education Support

Whether you’re looking to return to school or get back into the workforce, we can help you take the next step.

We assist with building resumes, searching for jobs, and getting supplies like tools or uniforms needed for work. If you’re enrolled in school, we can offer up to $500 per quarter to help with tuition, books, or other school-related expenses. Through one-on-one coaching, we also support you in setting and working toward SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-based) to keep your progress on track.

Transportation Assistance

We offer transportation support to help you stay consistent with appointments, work, or school. Depending on your needs, we can provide either gas vouchers or bus passes.

Health & Wellness

Your recovery journey includes your physical and mental well-being.

We can help you access medical services that may otherwise be out of reach, including assistance with things like glasses or dentures. When available, we also offer limited YMCA passes to support your physical health.

Legal and Life Support

From helping you reinstate your driver’s license to connecting you with legal support or financial coaching, we’re here to help you navigate life’s logistical challenges. We also offer monthly one-on-one peer coaching sessions to check in, talk through struggles, and help you stay aligned with your goals.

Child Care Assistance

For parents in recovery, finding support for your children can a challenge.

We can help connect you to available childcare resources so you can focus on your own healing while ensuring your family is cared for.
