As consumers, we base our purchasing decisions, at least in part, on the customer service we receive from businesses. The same is true for parents who are in the market for child care. Each child care provider, in every classroom, is in the customer service business and that service can make or break the child care. Let’s discuss what good service looks and sounds like!
