Serving Others Through Self Care
Too often, the focus on caring for others leaves little time to care for ourselves. This interactive training invites participants to pause, reflect, and refocus on the importance of self-care as a foundation for effective service to others.
Participants will explore the differences between self-care, self-indulgence, and self-sacrifice, and reflect on how each shows up in their personal and professional lives. Through group discussion and guided activities, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of why self-care matters and how it supports overall well-being and success.
By the end of the session, participants will create a personalized self-care wheel and set meaningful goals to support their ongoing self-care journey.
