Community-Minded Enterprises Expands Family Tuition Assistance Grant

Community-Minded Enterprises is thrilled to announce our new Director of Early Learning, Alicia Schwartzmann. Alicia brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and a genuine passion for education and community service.

Alicia’s journey in child development and early intervention began in Arizona, where she was inspired by her own experiences as a mother of a child with special needs. Her personal connection ignited her commitment to making a difference in the lives of children and families. Over her impressive 25-year career, Alicia has honed her skills and expertise with an unwavering focus on giving a voice to the communities we serve. Alicia firmly believes that every parent deserves the tools they need to help their children thrive. Her extensive experience, particularly with special needs children and their families, has enriched her knowledge and deepened her empathy and understanding of their unique needs.

Alicia has spent her career dedicating her energy to various educational programs, and championing positive change through advocacy efforts in her field. We are excited to have her on board as we continue our mission of making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in our community!
