Luc Jasmin III Joins Community-Minded Enterprises as Director of Strategic Initiatives

Spokane, Washington – Community-Minded Enterprises is excited to announce Luc Jasmin III as the new Director of Strategic Initiatives. With over a decade of experience in leadership roles in education, public policy, and community development, Jasmin brings a wealth of expertise to the organization as it expands its impact across Central and Eastern Washington.

Jasmin most recently served as the Eastern Washington Representative for the Washington State Governor’s Office, acting as a liaison between communities and the Governor’s Office. His work focused on advocating for resources to support affordable housing, childcare, and access to essential services, ensuring equitable distribution of state resources across both rural and urban areas in Eastern Washington.

In addition to his public service, Luc has deep roots in the Spokane community. As the owner of Parkview Early Learning Center and an active participant on various community boards, such as Northeast Youth and Family Services, he has led initiatives supporting families and strengthening local networks. His philanthropic and entrepreneurial background gives him a unique perspective on the challenges facing our communities.

At Community-Minded Enterprises, Luc will not only drive new strategic initiatives but also significantly deepen our impact across the region. His focus will be on developing programs that support those who need it most, working closely with our partners and funders.
