Community-Minded Enterprises Begins Search for Interim Executive Leader

October 27th, 2025

Spokane, WA — Community-Minded Enterprises is entering an exciting time of transition and opportunity. As we look ahead, our focus is on continuity: supporting staff, strengthening partnerships, and keeping our work grounded in service to the communities we serve.
To help guide this period, CME is seeking an Interim Executive to provide thoughtful leadership and organizational steadiness. This role will ensure that daily operations continue smoothly while our teams remain focused on the work happening across our programs.

For more than 25 years, CME has been part of Eastern and Central Washington’s community outreach landscape. Our programs in recovery supports, early learning, family services, and behavioral health are built on an ethic of collaboration and care, values that will continue to shape our next chapter.

This moment represents both reflection and renewal. The right leader will help us sustain the progress already underway and position CME for what comes next, working closely with our staff and Board of Directors to uphold the mission that has guided us from the beginning.

CME remains deeply committed to the people and communities we serve. We look forward to welcoming a leader who shares that commitment and will help carry it forward with purpose and integrity.
